STRATEGIC MISSION PLANNING
Long range planning including vision, values, mission and goal development structured around a series of retreats.

REACHING YOUR COMMUNITY
Creating a positive congregational identity in your community and equipping members to share their joy and hope in their everyday lives.

“GUESTURIZING” YOUR CHURCH
Developing skills in welcoming guests and keeping them coming back.

ASSIMILATING NEW MEMBERS
Developing intentional strategies to assist new members in feeling at home, developing friendships and finding their ministry in their new congregation.

TRAINING LAY LEADERS
Understanding and developing positive strategies in lay leadership development and support.

CONGREGATIONAL STEWARDSHIP
Scriptural understandings of stewardship with examples of how to develop a "Year-Round" stewardship emphasis that encompasses the whole of Christian living. Includes descriptions of several resources available in the area of stewardship and pledge campaigns.

BASIC ELEMENTS OF PASTORAL CARE
Designed to help the congregation's elders understand and perform quality pastoral care under the supervision of the pastor.

MINISTRY AMONG INACTIVE
Understanding and developing positive strategies in ministering to members who have become inactive. This workshop helps members understand some of the "whys" a person becomes inactive and approaches to reach out to them.
