missions in our fast growing culturally diverse area.

Many of these missions receive financial support from PSW congregations through mission grants made by through the Region Mission Councils.

Region Mission Councils

	The PSW’s mission work is overseen by four Region Mission Councils.
	The Region Mission Councils are made up of representatives from each of the circuits in that region, the regional Vice President and the regional MMF.

New Mission Work

New mission work is begun in a variety of ways:

	Mission Societies
	Clusters of congregations
	Mother congregations
	Individual congregations starting new mission work targeting a cultural group beyond the existing congregation
	Satellites

You & Mission

Ways to get involved in PSW missions:

	Pray for the lost in your community
	Request prayers in your congregation for people you know who don’t know Jesus as their savior

	Ask the leadership of the congregation how your congregation is involved in mission
	Pick one or two missions and make special contact for more information and become their prayer partner
	Encourage your congregation to invite your regions MMF to make a mission presentation
	Give a special gift to your congregation designated for district or a local missions
